General (VN)Khi đặt commission từ mình, bạn mặc định đồng ý với các điều kiện được nêu trong TOS. Vui lòng đọc kỹ trước khi đặt & nếu có thắc mắc hãy trực tiếp liên hệ mình.✶ Vui lòng chuẩn bị trước brief và gửi mình bản thiết kế hoàn thiện của nhân vật. Việc này giúp đảm bảo không bỏ sót chi tiết và tối ưu hóa thời gian giao dịch đôi bên.✶ Với các commission thuộc dạng private, commercial hoặc monetized content, vui lòng thông báo trước khi commission được triển khai.✶ Đối với commission Semi-real dựa trên người thật; các chi tiết có thể giống từ 70-80%, vui lòng cân nhắc trước khi đặt bạn nhé.✶ Mình chỉ nhận OC có hình ảnh/reference cụ thể như Picrew, Neca, v.v đều được, tuy nhiên mình không nhận mô tả 90%↑ bằng lời. Những trường hợp trên sẽ thiên về dạng Design commission; đây là một phân khúc dịch vụ khác có sự chênh lệch lớn về giá thành giữa comm thường và Design commission.✶ Mình không nhận các yêu cầu sao chép sát reference hoặc tái hiện lại thiết kế có sẵn. Với các design thuộc sở hữu của artist khác, vui lòng xác nhận quyền sử dụng với bên liên quan trước khi đặt commission.✶ Artist không nhận các commission mang nặng yếu tố chính trị, tôn giáo, kích động/thù địch hoặc các nội dung khiến mình cảm thấy không thoải mái khi làm việc.✶ Tác phẩm hoàn thiện sẽ được gửi dưới dạng file kỹ thuật số qua Drive; không bao gồm sản phẩm vật lý.✶ Mình sẽ cập nhật tiến trình định kỳ trong quá trình làm việc. Nếu bạn có khung giờ không muốn nhận update, hãy thông báo trước nhé!1. Deadline & Queue- Thời gian trung bình cho một tranh là khoảng 1–2 tháng. Nếu cần hoàn thiện sớm hơn, mình sẽ áp dụng phụ phí rush là 20%.
- Commission sẽ được thực hiện theo thứ tự đặt lịch (ai đặt trước, làm trước).
- Trong quá trình làm việc, nếu phản hồi từ khách hàng bị chậm trễ hoặc vượt quá thời gian đã thỏa thuận, mình không chịu trách nhiệm đối với việc trễ deadline.2. Workflow & FeedbackSketch (thô) → Sketch (sạch) → Render/Line✶ Giai đoạn sketch:
• Vẽ từ 3–5 sketch options
⤷ Bao gồm 3 lần feedback✶ Giai đoạn màu/render:
• Sau khi duyệt bước sketch
⤷ Bao gồm 2 lần feedback
⤷ Chỉnh sửa ngoài phạm vi có thể phát sinh phụ phí- Nếu lượt feedback vượt quá số lần chỉnh sửa ban đầu hoặc thay đổi quá nhiều chi tiết lớn, mình sẽ thu thêm phụ phí tương ứng.
- Khách yêu cầu thêm option phác thảo sẽ phụ thu thêm khoảng +10%–20% giá base cho mỗi option.
- Không sửa commission sau khi đã bàn giao tranh.3. Payment / Deposit / Keep Slot※ Thanh toán qua Visa - Vgen - Paypal- Vui lòng thanh toán trong vòng 48 giờ kể từ lúc mình bắt đầu phác thảo.
- Bạn cần thanh toán trước 25% tổng giá trị commission; đây là phí phác thảo và sẽ không được hoàn lại.
- Sau khi bản sketch được duyệt, khách hàng thanh toán 50–75% phần còn lại trước khi chuyển sang bước lên màu.
- Artist không chịu trách nhiệm đối với các khoản phí giao dịch phát sinh từ nền tảng thanh toán hoặc bên trung gian.✶ Keep slot / deposit:- Chỉ giữ cọc trong tối đa 15 ngày kể từ thời điểm xác nhận. Nếu quá thời gian này mà chưa có phản hồi, mình có thể không tiếp tục giữ slot/cọc.
- Mình sẽ nhắc ít nhất một lần trước khi đưa ra quyết định. Các trường hợp cần gia hạn có thể được xem xét nếu có thông báo trước và lý do hợp lý.
- Không đồng ý việc nhượng slot dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.✶ Coupons:- Coupon chỉ áp dụng cho Normal commission, không áp dụng cho các loại commission khác.
- Coupon chỉ áp dụng cho giá base của nhân vật đầu tiên; không áp dụng cho nhân vật thứ hai trở đi hoặc các add-on.4. Cancellation & Refund Policy✶ Với Artist (Mình):- Tại bất kỳ phân đoạn nào, nếu mình không hiểu rõ yêu cầu KH hoặc cảm thấy không thể tiếp tục thực hiện commission, mình sẽ huỷ và hoàn trả tương ứng với tiến độ công việc tại thời điểm đó.
- Nếu mình không hoàn thành đúng hạn và hai bên đồng ý gia hạn, mình sẽ hoàn lại 10% tổng giá trị commission và tiếp tục hoàn thiện tác phẩm theo deadline mới.
- Nếu mình huỷ commission khi đã hoàn thành khoảng 80% tiến độ, mình sẽ hoàn hơn 20% tổng giá trị commission để bù đắp trải nghiệm không tốt.✶ Với Client (Khách hàng):- Nếu huỷ sau bước sketch, khoản hoàn tiền sẽ được tính dựa trên lượng công việc đã hoàn thành.
- Nếu không thanh toán đủ hoặc thanh toán trễ hơn thời gian đã thoả thuận, mình sẽ tính thêm phụ phí 10% tổng giá trị commission và tạm ngừng công việc cho đến khi nhận đủ thanh toán.
- Không hoàn tiền sau khi đã duyệt bản sketch cuối cùng.5. Commercial & Personal Usage✶ Private Commission:
+50% tổng giá trị commission.✶ Monetized Content (YouTube, VTubing, Patreon, v.v):
+50% tổng giá trị commission.✶ Commercial Merchandising (physical/digital product resale, v.v):
+100% – 200% tổng giá trị commission, tùy theo phạm vi sử dụng.✶ In ấn / số lượng:- Artist chỉ cấp quyền in ấn cá nhân với số lượng giới hạn tối đa 10 bản.
- Các trường hợp vượt quá giới hạn trên sẽ áp dụng phí sử dụng thương mại tương ứng.※Nghiêm cấm sử dụng tác phẩm cho các mục đích bán lại, tái sản xuất, đấu giá (bid) hoặc các hình thức thương mại hóa trái phép khác.6. Posting & Copyright- Artist giữ toàn bộ bản quyền đối với tác phẩm, trừ khi có thỏa thuận khác. Khách hàng chỉ được sử dụng tác phẩm cho mục đích cá nhân nếu chưa mua quyền thương mại tương ứng.
- Tất cả commission sẽ được đăng tải trên mạng xã hội của mình kèm watermark (credits) được phủ lớp Glaze/Nightshade.
- Vui lòng credit Artist khi đăng tải tác phẩm trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội.
- Mình sẽ không đăng tải commission private nếu khách hàng không đồng ý.
- Không chỉnh sửa tác phẩm thông qua bên thứ ba hoặc AI dưới bất kỳ hình thức.7. Commission Usage / Violation- Artist có quyền từ chối hoặc thu hồi commission trong các trường hợp sau:
⤷ Khách hàng không hợp tác hoặc đưa yêu cầu không rõ ràng.
⤷ Yêu cầu nằm ngoài khả năng chuyên môn hoặc khiến mình cảm thấy không thoải mái.
⤷ Khách hàng tự nhận tác phẩm là sản phẩm do bản thân hoặc bên thứ ba thực hiện.
⤷ Sử dụng cho AI training hoặc các ứng dụng AI tương tự.
⤷ Thương mại hóa commission thường mà chưa có thỏa thuận trước.
⤷ Tác phẩm không được phép sử dụng cho NFT, blockchain hoặc các công nghệ tương tự.※ Đối với các hành vi vi phạm những điều khoản đã nêu trên, Artist có quyền thu hồi quyền sử dụng tác phẩm, yêu cầu gỡ bỏ commission khỏi mọi nền tảng/sản phẩm liên quan, từ chối hợp tác trong tương lai, đồng thời đưa ra cảnh báo giao dịch công khai tùy theo mức độ vi phạm.8. Additional Terms- Mình có thể tái sử dụng các bản nháp (options) không được chọn vào tranh cá nhân hoặc các commission khác trong tương lai.
- Artist không chịu trách nhiệm lưu trữ dữ liệu sau khi commission hoàn tất. File sẽ được xoá định kỳ vào tháng 11; đồng thời Artist không hỗ trợ xuất lại dữ liệu hoặc bàn giao file source/PSD sau thời điểm này, trừ khi có thoả thuận riêng từ trước.FOR COMMUNICATION

Please read everything carefully before ordering, and feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions.✶ Please prepare your brief beforehand and provide a completed character design/reference. This helps avoid missing details and ensures a smoother workflow for both parties.✶ For commissions intended for private, commercial, or monetized use, please inform me before the commission process begins.✶ For semi-real commissions based on real people, the resemblance may only be around 70–80%. Please consider this carefully before ordering.✶ I only accept OCs with clear visual references such as Picrew, Neka, etc. I do not accept characters that are mostly described through text alone. Requests of this type will fall under Design Commission, which is a separate service category with significantly different pricing from regular commissions.✶ I do not accept requests that heavily copy references or recreate existing designs. If you are using a design owned by another artist as reference, please make sure you have permission from the original owner before commissioning me.✶ I do not accept commissions involving heavy political/religious themes, hateful/extremist content, or any subject matter that makes me uncomfortable working on.✶ Final artwork will be delivered digitally via Drive; no physical product will be included.✶ I will provide regular progress updates throughout the process. If there are certain hours when you do not wish to receive updates, please let me know beforehand.1. DEADLINE & QUEUE- The average turnaround time for one commission is around 1–2 months. A 20% rush fee will be applied for urgent commissions.
- Commissions will be completed in queue order (first come, first served).
- Delayed responses from the client may affect the deadline. I will not be responsible for deadline delays caused by late communication.2. WORKFLOW & FEEDBACKRough Sketch → Clean Sketch → Render/Line✶ Sketch Stage:
• 3–5 sketch options will be provided
⤷ Includes 3 rounds of feedback✶ Coloring / Rendering Stage:
• Begins after sketch approval
⤷ Includes 2 rounds of feedback
⤷ Additional edits outside the agreed scope may require extra fees- Additional charges may apply if feedback exceeds the included revision count or involves major changes.
- Extra sketch options will cost an additional +10%–20% of the base price per option.
- No edits will be accepted after the final artwork has been delivered.3. PAYMENT / DEPOSIT / KEEP SLOT※ Payment via Visa - VGen - PayPal- Payment must be completed within 48 hours after I begin sketching.
- A 25% upfront payment is required before work begins. This acts as a sketch fee and is non-refundable.
- Once the sketch is approved, the client must pay 50–75% of the remaining amount before the coloring/rendering stage begins.
- I am not responsible for transaction fees charged by payment platforms or third-party services.✶ Keep Slot / Deposit:- Slots/deposits will only be held for up to 15 days after confirmation. If there is no response after this period, I may choose not to continue holding the slot/deposit.
- I will send at least one reminder before making a final decision. Extensions may be considered if discussed beforehand with a reasonable explanation.
- Slot transfers are not allowed under any circumstances.✶ Coupons:- Coupons only apply to Normal Commissions and cannot be used for other commission types.
- Coupons only apply to the base price of the first character and do not apply to additional characters or add-on.4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY✶ Artist Side:- At any stage of the process, if I am unable to fully understand the client’s request or feel incapable of continuing the commission, I reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund based on the current work progress.
- If I fail to complete the commission within the agreed deadline and both parties agree on an extension, I will refund 10% of the total commission price while continuing the work under the new deadline.
- If I cancel the commission after approximately 80% completion, I will refund more than 20% of the total commission value as compensation for the inconvenience.✶ Client Side:- If the commission is canceled after the sketch stage, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed.
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in an additional 10% late fee and the commission being paused until full payment is received.
- No refunds will be issued after the final sketch has been approved.5. COMMERCIAL & PERSONAL USAGE✶ Private Commission:
+50% of the total commission price.✶ Monetized Content (YouTube, VTubing, Patreon, etc.):
+50% of the total commission price.✶ Commercial Merchandising (physical/digital resale products, etc.):
+100%–200% of the total commission price depending on usage scope.✶ Printing / Quantity:- Personal printing rights are limited to a maximum of 10 copies.
- Any amount exceeding this limit will require the appropriate commercial usage fee.※ Reselling, reproducing, auctioning (bidding), or any other form of unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.6. POSTING & COPYRIGHT- The artist retains full copyright ownership of the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients may only use the artwork for personal purposes unless the appropriate commercial rights have been purchased.
- All commissions may be posted on my social media platforms with watermark/credits and protected with Glaze/Nightshade.
- Please credit the artist when reposting the artwork on social media platforms.
- Private commissions will not be publicly posted without the client’s permission.
- Editing, modifying, or processing the artwork through third parties or AI in any form is strictly prohibited.7. COMMISSION USAGE / VIOLATION- The artist reserves the right to refuse or revoke a commission under the following circumstances:
⤷ The client is uncooperative or provides unclear instructions.
⤷ The request is outside my skill range or makes me uncomfortable.
⤷ The client claims the artwork as their own work or credits a third party as the creator.
⤷ Using the artwork for AI training or related AI applications.
⤷ Commercial use of regular commissions without prior agreement.
⤷ The artwork may not be used for NFT, blockchain, or similar technologies.※ In cases of TOS violations, the artist reserves the right to revoke usage rights, request removal of the artwork from all related platforms/products, refuse future commissions, and publicly issue transaction warnings depending on the severity of the violation.8. ADDITIONAL TERMS- I reserve the right to reuse unused sketch options for personal artwork or future commissions.
- The artist is not responsible for storing commission files after completion. Files are periodically deleted every November, and I do not provide re-exports or source/PSD files after that point unless previously agreed upon.FOR COMMUNICATION
